Dates to be Determined
Grafton, IL/St. Louis
This program can also be offered at your location with a minimum of four people.
Introduction
There are three types of activities to be aware of:
- Truth: One infinite Being in which there is no death. Oneness and wholeness characterize all life. Life is All. All is Love.
- Human Facts: Whatever happens on the human stage. Everything comes and goes. Nothing is permanent.
- Your Story: Whatever you believe about the facts while consciously or unconsciously ignoring Truth.
You will not be at peace as long as you believe that your story is more real than Truth. Judgment of people always links us to a story. You are not at peace because you are living in the story about someone and their actions.
Can you experience something or someone without creating a story about it or them?
Program Content
In this program we will explore a practical unlearning tool that helps us become aware of and release the stories we create. This self-inquiry tool is called The Work, and it was created by Byron Katie.
Participants will be introduced to the tool and be taught how to use it in their lives. They will learn to facilitate others in The Work, as well as be facilitated. We will have time for deep reflection, dialogue, and questions and answers, in our Circle of Trust.
In addition to the two-day program, the course includes a follow-up session to do The Work with the facilitator.
Class times:
8:30–6:30 Saturday and Sunday
Facilitator
Sandy Wilder has been trained in the School for the Work and has been facilitating others and teaching The Work for over nine years.
